5 Years Service Warranty: The HDL FLEX Bed comes with a 5-year service warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty ensures support for structural issues and faults arising from the materials (HDF Board) or workmanship under normal household use.
- Covers defects in the HDF board and overall construction.
- Includes service related to the structural integrity of the bed frame.
- Termite and borer resistance effectiveness is covered as per specified warranty conditions.
- Excludes damage to upholstery (headboard/footboard accents) due to spills, cuts, pets, or improper cleaning.
- Excludes damage from misuse, accidents, water damage due to neglect (despite water resistance), and normal wear & tear including laminate scratches or accent fabric fading/pilling.
