- Covers defects in the HDF board and overall construction.
- Includes service related to the structural integrity of the bed frame.
- Termite and borer resistance effectiveness is covered as per specified warranty conditions.
- Excludes damage to the laminate finish due to scratches, impact, harsh chemicals, or improper cleaning.
- Excludes damage from misuse, accidents, excessive water exposure (despite water resistance), and normal wear & tear including fading or minor surface marks.
