- Covers defects in the HDF board and overall construction.
- Includes service related to the structural integrity of the bed frame.
- Termite and borer resistance effectiveness is covered as per specified warranty conditions.
- Excludes damage to upholstery (headboard fabric) due to spills, cuts, pets, or improper cleaning.
- Excludes damage from misuse, accidents, water damage due to neglect (despite water resistance), and normal wear & tear including fabric fading or pilling.
